Resorbable Fixation Device

The I-Clip PLA20 provides totally resorbable hernia mesh fixation. This ergonomically designed instrument contains 20 I-Clips that are made of polylactic acid (PLA). The I-Clip’s unique shape provides secure fixation with less trauma to both tissue and mesh. It can be used in both inguinal and ventral procedures, fully resorbing after the mesh has been secured to the parietal wall.
