Cleanliness Test for Flexible Endoscopes

The EndoCheck™ is a simple to use and interpret miniature chemistry kit for checking the cleanliness of the biopsy channel of flexible endoscopes. Simply swab the biopsy channel of the scope with the included cotton-tipped long probe, clip off the cotton swab into green-capped vial. Then mix in the activating agent, shake vigorously, wait 20 second and check for a color change to blue/green. If such a color change occurs, the test indicates that blood residue remained in the channel (as little as 0.1 ug) and should be reprocessed.
