Skin Closure Strips

Sterion® Skin Closure Strips provide a less painful and more cosmetically pleasing alternative to stapling or suturing wound openings. These skin closure strips use a hypoallergenic adhesive and are made of a breathable material designed to allow moisture evaporation to reduce the chance of skin maceration. They are offered in two forms: Filament Reinforced and Blend Tone. THe Reinforced skin closures offer added strength for large skin surface openings, are curl-resistant and are accepted as the standard by most healthcare professionals. The Blend Tone skin closures allow the natural skin tone to better blend with the strip for a cosmetically pleasing appearance. Both are cost effective, latex-free and sold sterile.
