Biohazard Wipes reduce costs when utilized in lab. One Biohazard Wipe goes a long way in cleaning up spills, wiping pipettes and probes, and popping caps because they are more absorbent than paper towel, gauze or Kimwipes. A lab technician will typically reach for a handful of gauze as opposed to one Biohazard Wipe. Also, due to the plastic barrier backing coextruded to the absorbent material, there is no leak through to the technician’s gloves, therefore, reducing glove changes. Cross-contamination is limited. Biohazard wipes offer three absorbencies: standard, heavy, sponge plus. Various sizes include 3” x 3”, 4” x 4”, 8” x 9”. Precut liners are available in 16” x 11”, 16” x 16” and 16” x 25”.
