Keltech, Inc. Introduces IntegriFill™ With Swift Cycle Technology

Keltech, Inc., a manufacturer of energy efficient electric tankless water heaters for commercial and industrial applications, introduces IntegriFill™ (patent pending) with Swift Cycle Technology. This innovative technology allows water to be precisely heated and dispensed on-demand.

The new system combines the benefits of tank and tankless heating systems for
duplicating process-fill applications using short and long burst cycles of stable-tempered water. The closed-loop heating system uses full power to bring the water up to temperature, but uses only enough power to overcome heat loss through the insulated tubes during a stabilized operation window. Precision engineering guarantees water temperature will remain within one to two degrees of the set-point, while minimizing energy consumption.

With no tank to maintain or deplete, the energy-saving unit runs at a maximum of 46kW and automatically reduces capacity to maintain the loop. Benefits are many including portability, reduced maintenance, touch-screen operation, and sustainability and conservation.
