The new Expand-A-Peg™ Locking Peg from Innovative Medical Products is the most stable peg hip positioning system in the industry. The IMP solution eliminates intra-operative peg motion and disengagement, keeping patients in place for the entire surgical procedure. The Expand-A-Peg™ Locking Peg expands the base of the peg while in the pegboard hole with just a twist of the locking mechanism’s cap, completely and securely seating the peg in the pegboard hole. The locking peg is designed for IMP’s modular MorphBoard® Positioning System but is also compatible with most other pegboard systems.
