CareFusion has announced the Snowden-Pencer laparoscopic take-apart instrument line, designed to aid in cleaning and sterilization. The line of instruments contain a ring-handle design with an integrated ratchet mechanism and accommodates both traditiona; precision-style grips and palm grips. The ergonomic handle also distributes pressure more evenly, helping reduce the potential for inter-operative hand fatigue.
