Onyx Medical Inc. introduces the Drape Wide™ disposable full face shield. The Drape Wide provides OSHA-level protection available against blood and fluid splash. A fluid barrier fabric (11” x 13”) drapes below the shield and tucks inside a sterile gown, protecting against splash coming under the shield. All shield models use a 7.5 mil anti-fogged, crystal clear plastic for excellent visibility. They also feature a flat viewing area in front of the eyes, minimizing glare and distortion. The self-shaping foam head piece molds across the forehead, protecting against splash coming over the top of the shield.
