Knee Replacement With Patient-Specific Instrumentation

Alan S. Nasar, MD performs a Zimmer knee replacement using Patient Specific Instrumentation (PSI) custom cutting guides. The surgical video is narrated and demonstrates the technique. PSI guides are fabricated based on pre-operative MRI's of the patient's knee. They are custom made for each patient. Bone resections for the arthroplasty are planned in advance and built into the custom guides.
