Koven Technology, Inc. announces the introduction of new ULTRA-THIN Neurovascular probes. These new probes are available in fixed and flexible tip styles with widths of just 0.8 mm and 1.2 mm. These new thinner probes enable easier access to the artery and greater visibility. Ultra-thin probes were created for use with the new DVM-4500 Volume Flowmeter.

Flexible Drop-In Doppler Probe

VTI offers the new Flexible Drop-In Doppler probe for use in laparoscopic and robotic procedures for positive identification of vasculature.  During laparoscopic procedures the probe is manipulated by the surgeon using a standard grasper, while in robotic surgery, the console surgeon directly manipulates the VTI Flexible Drop-In Doppler via a robotic arm.

This 15 inch long extension set (Part # 17549) is built of PVC tubing with a polycarbonate flow controller bonded within the tubing length. The ABS male luer and PVC female luer are bonded on the tubing ends. Each luer has a polyethylene cap. The flow controller’s clearly marked cylinder has measurements from five to 250 milliliters per hour.
