August 11, 2006 6:16 am | Inject-Safe Bandages Llc | Product Releases | Comments

The Inject-Safe Bandage is a non-latex membrane that seals when a needle is withdrawn from the injection site. It greatly reduces exposure to blood and fluids after an injection by providing a barrier that contains post-injection bleeding and protects the injection site under a sterile pad. To use the Inject-Safe Bandage?, the healthcare worker preps the injection site, removes the bandage from its sterile pouch, peals off the backing and applies the bandage to the patient’s skin.
