The innovative Coban 2 Layer Compression System is a compression bandaging system containing two rolls – a comfort layer and compression layer. The comfort layer has been assigned HCPCS code A6441 (padding bandage) and the compression layer has been assigned A6452 (high compression bandage). The Coban 2 Layer Compression System provides effective therapeutic compression for the management of venous leg ulcers, lymphedema, and other conditions where compression therapy is appropriate.
