The Micro-Stim T.E.N.S. Unit features a microampere frequency selection of 0.5 Hz, 8.0 Hz, and 80 Hz, which are sub-sensory so that the patient cannot feel the current. Primarily used for acute pain, the Micro-Stim employs a subtle current to build upon naturally occurring impulses to decrease pain and promote healing. The dual channel device features two pairs of electrodes with separate amplitude controls, which allow for simultaneous or independent use. With a pulse amplitude of 0.8 mA (800 uA), each Micro-Stim unit provides precise control of impulses through adjustable contraction and relaxation time, as well as adjustable ramp speed. Each Micro-Stim unit comes with an easy to follow operations manual, lead wires, battery, case, and Silver-Stim electrodes.
