The full-functioning pneumatic lift assist stirrup (BD100) comes complete with low-profile rail clamps, boot pads, and liners. It features a full 120-degree range of motion (from 90 degrees to -30 degrees), a rotating hand grip locking mechanism which locks tight wherever the hand grip is released, and 500-pound weight capacity. Abduction and adduction are done at the handle with no need to ever go back to the side rail socket. The stirrup’s rotation is designed to mimic the natural motion of the patients’ hip, which can help reduce the risk of unnecessary trauma. The Advanced Boot System offers lateral support to reduce potential nerve damage and the Boot Liner is constructed of doughy soft material that fully encapsulates the patient’s foot.
