The ABLEWARE® Arm Escort protects and supports the hemiplegic upper extremity during all aspects of functional mobility, including transfers. Typically used for patients with motor, sensory and attention impairments, it provides an alternative to regular arm slings. The Arm Escort increases awareness and management of the upper extremity and reduces the risk of injury during transfer and ambulation.  The two-piece design consists of a wrist support and heavy-duty cotton belt. The wrist support attaches to the belt with hook-and-loop and detaches when not needed.
