This new selection of smaller tuohy borst adapters include three adapters that are composed of a PVC body with a Triax® (ABS/nylon) cap. The silicone gasket is chemically resistant, prevents backflow of fluids and secures the position of a guidewire or instrument when closed. This group of adapters is available with gaskets ranging from 4 to 6 French.
