The device has natural articulation that enables the surgeon to focus on the line of transection and place the anvil exactly where it is needed. ECHELON FLEX is available in two lengths (45 mm and 60 mm) and the cartridges it uses can be used across the entire platform of Echelon™ ENDOPATH® Stapler devices.
