Canon U.S.A., Inc. introduces the new CXDI-40G COMPACT digital radiography (DR) system. Features of this new product include:
- A larger image sensor.
- A 17" x 17" imaging area that enables X-ray images to be confirmed on an optional preview monitor approximately 3 seconds after exposure.
- Multiple applications, allowing for efficient capture of high-resolution (7.2 million pixels) radiological images in a timely manner, as well as the ability to be retrofitted into a range of radiography devices, including upright stands, RF tables and Bucky units.
- A compact, efficient and easy-to-install design that the company feels will help address general radiographic needs while contributing to cost savings.
