View a laparoscopic surgical procedure of clearing the bile duct of a very large stone. The patient had a previous ERCP and laparoscopic cholecystectomy. This procedure is an alternative to ERCP and sphincterotomy and does not require cutting the Sphincter of Oddi. The MIG or multiple instrument guide is used to introduce the fiberoptic choledochoscope, and dual screen picture in a picture video is used during this advance videoscopic operation
