GORE BIO-A® Tissue Reinforcement, a uniquely-designed web of biocompatible synthetic polymers, encourages tissue generation in soft tissue reinforcement applications. The material has a 3D matrix of open, highly interconnected pores that serves as a scaffold for new tissue and is gradually absorbed by the body.
