Covidien has introduced the iDrive Ultra Powered Stapling System. The system is a fully powered, reusable, battery-operated endoscopic surgical stapler. Featuring one-handed push-button operation, it eliminates manual firing force and improves maneuverability when compared to traditional endomechanical staplers.
