This patient had previously had an incisional hernia repair on the left side of a Ceasarian section scar (Proceed Mesh). She presented with a new incisional hernia in the extreme right hand end of the wound, together with lower abdominal pain. This video shows adhesiolysis of omentum from the old mesh and wound, reduction of the hernia and repair with another proceed mesh.
